81-year-old gentleman, with extensive metastatic prostate cancer from last 11-years exhausted all conventional treatment options, PSA level 851 ng/ml with diffuse bone pain. Received total 04 cycles of Lu-177 PSMA (Pluvicto) therapy at our centre. The patient responds extremely well to therapy without any significant adverse-effects. PSA levels dropped to 35 ng/ml and living pain-free life from last six months. 

iPSA level 35 ng/ml. Single-dose of Lu-177 PSMA (Pluvicto) therapy cause disappearance of primary prostate lesion as well as metastatic lymph nodes. Patient continue in remission for last one-year. Latest PSA level 0.1 ng/ml.
